Company Overview
The Statistical Design Institute, LLC, focuses on applied research, development, and effective deployment and implementation of DFSS. The company was formed in 1999 by senior engineers with years of collective engineering experience and years of Six Sigma/DFSS Black Belt and Master Black Belt experience.
Recognizing the need to apply the principles of Six Sigma to product development efforts, they applied their experience in the aerospace, defense, and commercial business sectors to build upon traditional Six Sigma approaches and developed a unique, 'product driven', comprehensive DFSS methodology and a suite of easy-to-use software tools. The result is an effective training program that uses:
