Reliability Test Design
Reliability Test Design is a Windows application that provides an easy-to-use calculator for product and test engineers for determining the conditions required to demonstrate a given Reliability Test Goal based on Failure Distribution Assumptions.
Features:
- Reliability Test Goals can be defined in terms of Reliability, BX Life, or MTBF with a specified Confidence
- Failure Rate Distributions can be defined as either Weibull or Exponential
- Results can be determined for Test Time, Number of Test Units, Number of Failures and Confidence
