Sales / Return Polices

Purchases of the Triptych, Apogee, and SDI Tools software are for perpetual, single-user licenses.

Following receipt and confirmation of your purchase information, you will receive the following via email messages from SDI:

  • Instructions for download of the software install program,
  • A temporary license key for the purchased software, and
  • A request to provide information for issue of a permanent license key.

Upon receipt of the permanent license key information, your license documentation and named user license key will be sent to you via email message.

Note: All sales of the Triptych, Apogee, and SDI Tools software are FINAL.
